Agreement
These terms govern your use of Creator Radar, a Chrome browser extension. By purchasing, installing, or using Creator Radar, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't install or use it.
What Creator Radar is
Creator Radar is a browser extension that reads data already visible on pages you're logged into — jointrybe.com, Meta's Ad Library, Amazon, and TikTok — and combines it into a ranked view to help you evaluate brand deals. It runs entirely in your own browser; see the Privacy Policy for exactly what it reads and stores.
Creator Radar is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Trybe, Meta, Amazon, or TikTok. Those names are used only to describe what the extension reads.
Purchase & license grant
Creator Radar is sold as a one-time purchase — there is no recurring subscription, and each purchase issues exactly one license.
Subject to your payment and continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use one copy of Creator Radar, for your own individual use, on browsers you personally control. This license is issued to a single named individual, identified by the email address used at checkout ("Licensed User"), and does not extend to any other person, account, household, team, agency, or organization, regardless of whether they operate under the same Trybe, Meta, Amazon, TikTok, or Google account as you.
This license does not transfer ownership of Creator Radar or any of its underlying code, design, or content — all of which remain our exclusive property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Creator Radar's name, branding, or trademarks.
License restrictions
Because each license is issued to one individual, you agree that you will not, without our prior written consent:
- share, lend, rent, lease, or otherwise make your activation email, license, or access to Creator Radar available to any other person;
- permit any other individual to install, activate, or use Creator Radar under your license, whether or not payment or other consideration is exchanged;
- sell, resell, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer your license, in whole or in part, to any other person or entity;
- use Creator Radar on behalf of, or to provide services to, any third party who has not independently purchased their own license; or
- circumvent, disable, or interfere with the license-activation or license-validation mechanisms built into Creator Radar.
Each individual who wishes to use Creator Radar — including members of the same team, agency, or household — must purchase their own separate license. If you manage creators or run an agency and want licenses for multiple individuals, contact wendy.jo.davis@gmail.com about arranging separate individual licenses; do not share a single license across multiple people.
A violation of this section is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate termination of your license under Termination below, without refund, in addition to any other remedies available to us at law or in equity.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Creator Radar does not receive, process, or store your card details. By completing checkout, you also agree to Stripe's own terms of service governing the payment itself.
Refunds — all sales are final
Creator Radar is a digital product, and the license is delivered and activated immediately upon purchase. Accordingly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason once a license has been issued — including if you change your mind, purchased in error as to the product's features, later decide not to use it, or use it for a limited time before stopping. By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
The sole exception is a genuine billing error on our part (for example, a duplicate charge for the same license). If you believe that occurred, contact wendy.jo.davis@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge; any correction is at our sole discretion and is limited strictly to fixing the billing error itself, not a general right to a refund.
Your responsibilities
- You're responsible for complying with the terms of service of any site Creator Radar reads (Trybe, Meta, Amazon, TikTok). Creator Radar only reads what's already visible on the page — it doesn't click, submit, message, or act on your behalf — but how you use the information it surfaces is on you.
- You're responsible for keeping your license email and any Google account you connect secure.
No warranty
Creator Radar is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. It reads data from third-party pages whose layout and content can change at any time without notice, which can affect accuracy or cause features to temporarily stop working. We don't guarantee the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the data it surfaces (commission terms, ad activity, scores, or any other figure) is complete or accurate — always confirm anything financially important directly with the source (e.g., the brand's actual commission terms on Trybe).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creator Radar and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension, including decisions made based on the data it displays. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Creator Radar.
Termination
We may revoke your license immediately and without refund if your payment is reversed, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, or if you violate these Terms — including the license restrictions above (for example, by sharing your license with another person). You can stop using Creator Radar at any time by uninstalling the extension.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, this page will be updated with a new "last updated" date above. Continuing to use Creator Radar after a change means you accept the updated terms.
