S.H.O.P. is operated by Wendy Davis, doing business as Creator Radar.
S.H.O.P. holds a small amount of information so it can recognize you, remember your setup and write for you. It does not read your Trybe account, does not ask for your Trybe password, and does not use advertising trackers.
How S.H.O.P. works with Claude
You use S.H.O.P. inside your own Claude account. What you type to Claude, and Claude's replies, are handled by Anthropic under your own agreement and privacy settings with them. We do not control that. When Claude uses S.H.O.P., Claude sends S.H.O.P. only what the tool needs, for example your setup answers, a brand name, or a script you pasted in, and S.H.O.P. sends back the result.
What we collect about you
- Your email address, to deliver your private link and to contact you about your account and subscription.
- Your private link. It identifies your account. We store it so we can match it to your subscription. Anyone who has your link can use your account, so keep it private.
- Your subscription status and billing records. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive a customer reference and whether your subscription is active. We never see or store your card number.
- Your setup and what you save in S.H.O.P., which is the answers you give when you set up (such as your hero products, notes you share about yourself, and whether you own Creator Radar), the hooks and scripts you save to your hook bank, the "not a good hook" flags you set (with the hook, the brand and your link code), and the brand names you send from Creator Radar with whether each is joined or applied. All of it is stored against your private link.
- Basic technical records. Like most services, our hosting provider keeps routine logs, for example request times and error messages, for security and troubleshooting. Those request logs can include your private link in the web address, and they are kept for as long as our hosting plan keeps them. The content of your chats is not logged.
We do not collect your Trybe, Meta, Amazon, TikTok or Claude login details, your card details (Stripe holds those), your Claude conversations, or your sales and analytics. Videos you ask S.H.O.P. to review are read once and are not saved unless you save a script.
Brands you send from Creator Radar
If you own Creator Radar, you can choose to press Send my brands to S.H.O.P. inside Creator Radar. When you do, Creator Radar sends S.H.O.P. the names of the brands you have joined or applied to, and whether each is joined or applied. Nothing else from Creator Radar is sent: not your Trybe login, earnings, commission figures or notes. It is never sent automatically.
S.H.O.P. uses that list so it knows which brands you are already in, for example to suggest hooks for them, avoid recommending brands you have joined, and show "You're in" tags. Each time you send, the new list replaces the one you sent before. Brands you added in S.H.O.P. by hand are not touched. Your brand list is stored against your private link only.
Owning Creator Radar does not give you access to S.H.O.P.; you still need your own S.H.O.P. link. To have the list, or your whole account and everything saved against it, deleted, email support@getcreatorradar.com and we will delete it.
Where S.H.O.P.'s information comes from
S.H.O.P.'s brand and hook information comes from public information on Trybe and Meta's Ad Library, and from our own calculations. Hooks are short text excerpts (such as the opening line of a video) shown for inspiration. We do not store or show other creators' videos.
Who we share it with
We use these providers to run S.H.O.P. Each only gets what it needs to do its job:
- Stripe, to take payments and manage billing.
- Supabase, which holds S.H.O.P.'s database (your account and what you save).
- Netlify, which hosts S.H.O.P. and its dashboard and keeps request logs.
- TokScript, which reads the spoken words of public TikTok videos. It receives video links only, not your name or email.
- Resend, which delivers our emails, such as your welcome email and private link.
- Anthropic, through your own Claude account. We do not send your email address to Anthropic.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Your email, private link and subscription records are kept while your account is active and for as long as we need them for billing, taxes and disputes. What you save in S.H.O.P. (your setup answers, hooks and scripts, brand list and flags) is kept while your subscription is active, and it is not removed automatically when you cancel, so you can pick up where you left off if you come back. If you want it deleted, email support@getcreatorradar.com and we will delete your account and everything saved against it, except billing records we are required to keep.
Your choices
You can cancel your subscription at any time, ask to see or delete your information by emailing support@getcreatorradar.com, ask us to replace a private link that has been exposed, and remove the S.H.O.P. connector from Claude whenever you like in Claude's settings.
Security
Connections to S.H.O.P. use HTTPS and card payments are handled by Stripe. Your private link works like a password, so we recommend you do not share it or paste it into public places. No service is perfectly secure, but we keep what we hold to a minimum.
Children
S.H.O.P. is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its "last updated" date.
